Water Restriction Exemptions:
Businesses in the Sydney area do not need to apply for an exemption to the Water Wise Rules, as vehicle washing is allowed at all times. Therefore, businesses must comply with the Water Wise Rules at all times.
Businesses outside the Sydney, Illawarra and Blue Mountains area must apply for exemption to the water restrictions in their region. These businesses will need to fill out a Water Restriction Exemption Form. These can be located at the local water utility website.
